   App. Designer -> Tools ->Miscellaneous Definitions ->Field Formats.

Step1:

          Here we will be going to that particular window there we can define our own new Field Formats using NEW button.

Step3: Here we have to specify the Format name.

Step4: Here we have to specify Display name, Stored Name & length. We can specify any number of Display Names for one format.

In this way we can create our own Field Formats as per required.
