Working With Crystal reports

1)Create a Page with run control parameters and place this page in the component.
2)Navigate to Peopletools-->Process Scheduler-->processes-->Add new value
Mention Process type as Crystal.
Give a name.
In the process definition options tab give the Component name and give the process group.
in the override options tab select the 
parameter list append and give the valueS ORIENTL:RECORD.FIELD:RECORD.FIELD
3)Go to all programs-->open the Crystal reports tool-->add new crystalreport-->Connect 
to the database with the option-->Databasexpert-->select the query u want to run-->Design the layout-->drag the fields into the layout.
4)Go to the Menu navigation of the page--> and add run control id , give the parameters and run the page.
5) Go to the Process monitor and refresh until it get posted.
6)See in the View logtrace the output file.
